Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field (renewable energy sector is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and support tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
